Analysis Of The Factors Affecting The Consumption Of Urban Residents In Shandong Province

As a driving economy,the consumption of one of “troika” lays an important role in the development of national economy,but in recently years,in the case of economic crisis and unstable trade environment,the consumption level of domestic residents has always been in a relatively depressed state,and the growth of economic total has not reached a good trend of steady growth.In response to this phenomenon,the Government has also adopted various policy measures to stimulate the consumption of residents.Shandong province,as China's economy and large population province,plays an important role in the national economic development.Since the reform and opening up,Shandong province's economy has made rapid progress,but the provincial residents of the increase in the level of consumption relative to the economic total growth level there is a certain gap.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence factors of the consumption level of the residents in Shandong province.In view of this,this article based on the actual consumption situation in Shandong Province,using the panel data of 17 cities in Shandong province,by establishing the multivariate linear regression equation which affects consumption,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the possible influencing factors,deeply understands its influence on consumption,and provides effective data reference for future research and policy formulation.There are many influential factors in reality and it is impossible to enumerate them.Therefore,in the stage of empirical analysis,we choose the quantifiable and representative factors,but the factors that cannot be quantified are also important to the residents' consumption.Therefore,the analysis of the latter part of this paper is mainly based on the theoretical analysis,and the influence factors of the theory are analyzed and explained,and the effect of the combination of empirical analysis and theoretical analysis is presented.This paper is based on the Western economic theory,combined with the modern economic theory and the existing statistical software to analyze the factors affecting the consumption of residents in Shandong province.Firstly,it reviews the classical consumption theory at home and abroad,to lay a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the later text,then,the current consumption level of Shandong province and consumption structure are analyzed,overall,its growth rate is lower than the economic total growth rate,indicating that the residents of the region consumption problems,need to optimize the improvement.Next,this paper collects the panel data of consumption,income,endowment insurance and residential price index of 17 cities in Shandong province from 1993 to 2012 through Statistical Yearbook and related literature,and makes a quantitative analysis by establishing the Panel data model.The results showed that income,endowment insurance,residential housing price and residents' consumption showed different degree of promoting effect.Finally,according to the analysis results,we make an objective and rigorous evaluation of the factors affecting Shandong province.
