| After analyzing the present situation and its problem, the paper dwell on Xing'anMeng main agricultures in quantity and quality with leading industry selection theories. By statistic analysis and by comparison, the paper determines the leading agriculture in Xing'anMeng, analyses their develop condition and puts forward a series of measures to cultivate them well.The article consists of four parts. Part 1 discusses the agriculture economy status of Xing'anMeng which mainly analyzes the position of agriculture economy in Inner Mongolia agriculture and its agriculture structure. Part 2 discusses Xing'anMeng agriculture major problems in four aspects, such as industrial structure, agriculture and animal husbandry industrialization, agricultural infrastructure and so on. Part 2 analyzes the major industries of agriculture and animal husbandry of Xing'anMeng by means of quantitative analysis from regional comparative advantage, industrial growth potential and industrial comprehensive benefits, etc. Part 3 is about the conditions of agriculture-led industries development. Part 4 is the measures and suggestions to foster the leading agriculture. Value of the article is embodied in two aspects .The one is to help Xing'anMeng to choose its own leading agriculture according to its local conditions correctly and practically. The other is to provide reference for the management echelon, give experience for the economic development of the east region of Inner Mongolia by empirical study on agriculture-led industries of Xing'anMeng. |
