development of industry first.Agriculture is an important basic industry in a country or region,and its high-quality development is of great value to regional development.The experience of rural development at home and abroad shows that the development of rural areas cannot rely solely on agriculture,but on the integration of agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries.In the context of the new stage of China’s economic development and the rural revitalization strategy,the implementation and promotion of the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas marks the innovation of China’s rural development concept.Relying on its rich industrial development resources and agricultural products brand and other advantages,bayannur city has achieved good results in promoting the exploration and practice of rural three-industry integration.At the same time,in the process of promoting industrial integration,there will inevitably be some problems hindering the integration development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the integration of rural three industries in bayannur city to promote the steady development of industrial integration.This paper comprehensively uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and field investigation methods to study the integration of the three industries in bayannur from the perspective ofhigh-quality agricultural development.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance of the topic.Through the literature review of industrial integration and rural integration and combed the theoretical basis and related concepts needed by the research,it defines the research object and scope,and provides theoretical basis,research perspective and methods for the study.The integration of rural threeindustry must be based on the integration of certain industries.In order to fully understand the basic conditions for the promotion of the threeproduct integration in bayannur,this paper summarizes the basic situation of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries and the development of the integration of tertiary industries in bayannur,and expounds and analyses the three main integration modes of the extension of agricultural industry chain,the multi-functional expansion of agriculture and the integration of agricultural services.Comprehensive evaluation of rural three-industry integration is helpful to understand the process of integration and find the problems in the process.In this paper,by building the evaluation index system of the integration of agriculture and the second and third industries and selecting the appropriate comprehensive evaluation method of industry integration,the integration of agriculture and the second and third industries in bayannur city was analyzed with the help of the evaluation model.Through the analysis of evaluation results at all levels,the problems of poor sustainability of growth and low economic and social benefits were found in the process of third-industry integration in bayannur city.In order to reasonably solve these development problems,this paper conducted an in-depth exploration and analysis of the integration of agriculture and the second and third industries in bayannur city,and conducted supplementary argumentation by combining field interviews,questionnaires and other survey methods.Aiming at the existing problem of industrial convergence,this paper puts forward the bayannur city to realize the stable development of tertiary industry integration,shouldbuild agricultural enterprise exchanges and cooperation platform,quantity and quality of the rural professional cooperative synchronous development,optimize the environment of new operators to financing,pay attention to the introduction and training of talents in industrial convergence and encourage to establish close benefit coupling mechanism between agribusiness,etc.It is a continuous dynamic process to promote the integration of rural tertiary industry.In the process of integration development,there are usually a variety of overlapping and co-existing integration modes.Different stages of development have different performances and characteristics.The development of rural areas should always rely on agriculture,and the integration of the three industries in rural areas should be based on the high-quality development of agriculture and combined with the integration of development goals for dynamic and comprehensive research.With the continuous practice and exploration of the integration of rural industries,the research on the integration of rural three industries will also reach a new height. |
