With the advent of global competition, human resource management is discussed by more and more company, performance management is the core part of human resource management. With the needs of the development of corporate strategy basing on enterprise development strategy, and how to design and establish a scientific, consistent performance management, through the staff and management continued, dynamic communication, clear work of its staff tasks and performance targets, and determine the outcome of the work of employees measured approach, during the impact and improve the staffs behavior and ability to achieve the company's goals, and to employees and the company also develop and achieve common progress, for domestic enterprises, is a new and significant issues.This business case analysis to be adopted research methods, first of all for the performance management system theory and method were summarized, for the following research foundation in theory; followed by the Weishen company's existing performance management systems analysis, which exist issues are summarized, and discussed the origin of the problem. And on this basis, the optimum design program with using the tools of BSC KPI and MBO. Finally, with comparing the old system, the new performance management program to evaluate based on the implementation effect. And according to Weishen's experience, other companies made the proposal to establish performance management systems.Thesis research is divided into six chapters:Chapter I Introduction. The background of the thesis, meaning, content and research methods are described. Chapter II Performance Management System Overview. Of performance management content, features and implementation process such as the theory of a targeted induction, for the study below, laid a theoretical basis. Chapter III WeiSheng Corporate Performance Management Status and Problems. By Wei Sheng Company's existing performance management systems were analyzed, of which problems were summarized, and the cause of the problem studied. Chapter IV WeiSheng corporate performance management system improvements. This chapter is directed at any third chapter analyzed the issue, I optimized design by using BSC KPI and MBO. The content of performance appraisal reflects the company's operating performance, departmental business performance and employee performance, using performance target will be passed down to market pressure, and gradually decompose. Chapter V comparative analysis of old and new systems. Basing on the results of new performance management program and the comparative analysis of the company's old and new systems, the thesis provides the advice for the rest of the industry enterprises to establish a performance management system proposal. Chapter VI Conclusions. This chapter is a summary paper on the thesis conclusion of the study and follow-up research directions are described.
