It has the practical significance to research the auto-parts enterprise's BPR problems for the lowest price and highest quality of the automobile company. According to the auto-parts enterprise's BPR problems, the paper has a research to the BRP of Company S through the BPR theory. Business process reengineering provides an effective way of the lowest cost development for the petrochemical enterprise.The paper is the summarization of business process reengineering. Expounding the fundamental concept and the main content of it and the developing process of the business process management and also introducing the techniques and ways of it in detail. Firstly, the research and application of the current situation of Chinese auto-parts enterprise are summarized. Based on SWOT theory, the problems of Company are found out, such as problems about the price manager, the communication for the new products and the technology experience. The ways to perfect the business process of Company S is put forward to by the means of comparison , analysis and synthesis.Finally , the above planning results are applied in Company S, and detailed implementation steps are also given.
