Facing increasing competition in the international and domestic markets, all the automobile parts enterprise managers hope to meet changing market environment through making organization streamlining, agile, flexible, efficient, competitive and creative, the purpose is to get the best products and services more attractive, cultivating and maintaining competitive advantage of the good profitability level. In reality, because of the corporations'establishment is bloated, unwieldy and inflexible; the enterprises are in the face of a slow response in customer demand, not satisfying customer demand. This requires our auto-parts enterprises to study and refer to the practices of successful enterprises at home and abroad. Top management needs rethink the management system combining with its own strategic objectives, and abandon those management models and methodologies that are not in line with the market competition. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an effective means to obtain competitive advantages in enterprise. Based on domestic and overseas researches, combined with domestic enterprises fact, the auto-parts enterprises BPR implementation is studied in this paper.First, the domestic and international research and developments of the BPR is summarized and analyzed. Then, based on the research of BPR content, the business process reengineering should make Enterprise Strategy as a guide, integrate inside and outside resources of the enterprise to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises, and convert this kind of ability as the core competitive advantage.After studying the relationship of the strategy and the process, internal relationship between corporate strategy and BPR is analyzed, it is pointed out that BPR is a kind of systems engineering for business activities and details reengineering, it is a part of strategic decision-making, and based on the future development of the enterprise strategic planning. On this basis, the content and implementation steps of BPR based on the strategy are brought forward. Then, the development status of the domestic auto-parts enterprises are analyzed, focusing on the existing problems of the auto-parts enterprises, BPR demand is put forward, the architecture and content of auto-parts enterprises based on strategic BPR are principally studied in this paper, and the implementation strategy of BPR is given.Finally, the above research results are applied in an auto- parts enterprise. According to the requirements of enterprise management, including improving process efficiency and the administration level, rapid response to market changes, the company's core processes are redesigned on the basis of the qualitative and quantitative analysis, and a detailed organizational and positional adjustment scheme is brought out, which has been put into practice in the company and get some benefit.
