Era of knowledge economy, set of knowledge, information and technology in one's knowledge workers are more and more interest and attention, they used knowledge of products and services to help companies add value. And physical capital, lies in the hands of a small number of investors is different is that corporate intellectual capital is scattered in every knowledge worker in mind. Therefore, how to manage and improve the performance of knowledge workers is now a number of important issues of concern to corporate management.In this paper, the Institute involved in a systematic exposition of the concept, focusing on analysis, defines the concept of knowledge workers and the characteristics of and defines the performance of knowledge workers.Second, this behavior from the perspective of knowledge workers, in the light of rational behavior model,, the establishment of a knowledge-based employee performance influencing factors model, and through such methods as questionnaires 280 questionnaires were collected, after analysis revealed a knowledge-based employee performance influencing factors mechanism. 1 Knowledge workers, knowledge-based employee performance, rational behavior model, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work motivation, staff capacity, the effects of reference group theory are reviewed.2 Drawing on theoretical behavioral model based on the knowledge-based model of staff performance influencing factors.3 Through the model confirmed that the performance of knowledge workers by job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work motivation, employee competence, taking into account the effects of population factors, and shows the effect of these factors.
