Abstract/Summary:
After entering the 21st century,along with the social economy sustainable development,various challenges under the new economic situation more emphasis on enterprise strength,but also highlights the role of talent pool,talent as practitioners and creators,powerful human resource advantages is the key of enterprise innovation,steady development,but also can play an important role in the achievements of market competition.With the transformation of social and economic structure,talent types are also gradually changing,and the new generation of knowledge workers have aroused more and more attention and thinking.They are mostly after 80,90 new youth,after they received a good higher education,has a unique personality and thought,for the enterprise injected new vigor at the same time also brought new problems,their innovation and eager to achieve their own value,the pursuit of better opportunities for development and development platform,the traditional management mode is no longer suitable for a new era of enterprise management,In such a contradiction,the staff work procrastination,lack of spirit to bear hardships,negative work behavior.How to stimulate the new generation of knowledge workers to play an active role in work,in the integration of self and enterprise,not only to obtain personal growth,but also to provide help for the improvement of enterprise economic benefits,is a crucial link in enterprise management.This study comprehensively uses empirical analysis method,case analysis method,and combines questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the status quo of proactive behavior of the new generation of knowledge employees in XH Company,and to study the factors that affect employees’ proactive behavior at work.Based on the questionnaire survey of 175 employees of XH Company and in-depth interviews with 23 employees,this paper uses SPSS22.0 to conduct difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the basis of reference to relevant empirical research literatures and theories at home and abroad.This paper studies the current work initiative status of the new generation of knowledge employees in XH Company and deeply explores the specific factors affecting their initiative behavior.Combining with the industry characteristics and work characteristics,this paper combs out the countermeasures to improve the initiative behavior of employees.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and interview,suggestions are put forward from four aspects:individual level,leadership level,organization level and management level.Through enhancing employees’ self-efficacy,giving full play to the exemplary role of leaders,meeting individual needs,creating a harmonious and fair organizational atmosphere,enhancing employees’ sense of organizational identity,and improving the enterprise system,the new generation of knowledge employees in XH Company can improve their work initiative behavior.
