The Youth Entrepreneurial Environment And Optimization Strategies Analysis

Empirical case studies on the entrepreneurial environment and analysis for entrepreneurial loan guarantee policy of Jing'an District were performed in this thesis using questionnaire survey research and depth interview. Regression analysis of youth entrepreneurial environment elements was conducted using SPSS software to further investigate the impact of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial will, entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial skills, and tactics of optimization for youth entrepreneurship environment were proposed to promote entrepreneurship and expand employment.The results indicate a positive correlation between entrepreneurship environment and entrepreneurial will, entrepreneurial opportunities, and entrepreneurial skills. Optimization and improvement of entrepreneurial environment could improve the entrepreneurial will, provide more entrepreneurial opportunities, and enhance entrepreneurial skills. On this basis, to encourage youth entrepreneurship and bring more people to employment, experiences abroad in the promotion of youth entrepreneurship are referred, targeted entrepreneurial support policies are developed, multi-channel financial support is searched, multi-level education and training are provided, and a good entrepreneurial culture atmosphere is created.
