Therefore, strengthen the rural youth entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention model research has very important practical significance.This article mainly uses the literature research method, questionnaire, individualinterview method, comparative analysis, empirical analysis.In 11 districts and counties of Leshan Mount Emei, Shizhong District, Jiajiang County, Sandy Bay area such as 350 of all kinds of rural youth survey basis,byserious analysis of the present situation of Leshan rural youthentrepreneurial intention andinfluence factors, businessmode and effect, and drew the following conclusions.First of all, from the analysis of Leshan rural youth entrepreneurship status,Their main motivation motivation to survival and self employment oriented, to self realization and development as the assistant Entrepreneurship ofentrepreneurial activity rate is low, the low level of development; entrepreneurial field mainly concentrated in agricultre,aquaculture industry and service industry, Very few young chose agricultural and sideline products and other fields;entrepreneurshipscale is small, the anti risk ability is poor;The main source of funds for personal accumulation of entrepreneurship,family support, bank loans, investment, risk investment partners rarely; participate in the entrepreneurship training fewer personnel, training pertinence andpracticality is weak.Secondly, from the analysis of factors of Leshan rural youth entrepreneurial intention and influence.On the one hand, the Leshan rural youth have stronger entrepreneurial intentions,but part of youth with the status quo, the lack of necessary crisis consciousness and enterprising spirit.
