Chinese Cities In The Entrepreneurial Environment And Entrepreneurial Opportunities To Study

The flourishing development of entrepreneurship activities had become the important impetus for accelerating the area economy. Entrepreneurial phenomenon had arisen people's attention in the whole society recently, and more and more scholars had researched questions of this field. Moreover, the scholars emphasized on different contents from different views on research the entrepreneurship. Now there were two research hot topics: entrepreneurship opportunity, entrepreneurship environment. Because of the special period for China's economical transfer, whole dynamic and changeable entrepreneurship environment, it had a lot chances and obstructions for entrepreneurship activities. So it was very necessary to study the entrepreneurship opportunity and entrepreneurship environment based on such economy condition. The paper systemically studied the entrepreneurship opportunity and entrepreneurship environment based on China's cities actuality. Through analyzing the entrepreneurship opportunity and entrepreneurship environment, the paper found the method that it can utilize the active factors and change the negative factors for the entrepreneurship environment, improve the quantity and quality for the producing entrepreneurship opportunity, and grasp the ability for gaining the entrepreneurship opportunity.Based on the theory analysis of the entrepreneurship opportunity and entrepreneurship environment, the paper used the entrepreneurship environment evaluation framework which was established by Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), and then analyzes systemically the entrepreneurship opportunity through the entrepreneurship environment. Moreover, according to the survey activity of China's cities entrepreneurship environment and policy investigation in 2005, and China's 17 cities investigation data including in the activity, the author proposed the status of China's cities entrepreneurship environment and entrepreneurship opportunity. In the end, the paper mostly analyzed and valued the case for the entrepreneurship opportunity and entrepreneurship environment about Chengdu using the questionnaires of 45 entrepreneurs, researchers and government officer face-to-face investigation within Chengdu. There were some purposes for this research as following. One was to summarize the theory about the entrepreneurship opportunity and entrepreneurship environment, and find the relation between entrepreneurship opportunity and entrepreneurship environment. The other was to optimize each city's entrepreneurship environment in China, and give some suggestions for improving the city's entrepreneurship activities.
