Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Environment To Entrepreneurial Intentions Of University Students

In the recent 20 years, Entrepreneurship as the driving force of economic growth and innovation, has become an indispensable part of.economic development and social progress. In China, Entrepreneurship is of special importance. With the employment situation becoming more and more severe, Entrepreneurship has become an important way to alleviate employment pressure and resolves Employment problem. As a special group, university students with professional knowledge and innovative spirit, is the main group of technology entreprencurship. In the long run, graduate entrepreneurship inevitably makes great contributions to economic growth and social development. Basing on it, how to optimize entrepreneurship environment, increase entrepreneurial intentions of university students, and encourage more students to start their own business are the difficult problems which need to be urgently solved presently.Graduate entrepreneurship has come in for a great deal of concerns from social circles, but the research findings of related areas are very few. Most of the studies are presentation and summary in theory, however, empirical analysis is very rare. At present domestic research on graduate entrepreneurship focuses on entrepreneurship education, the research on n entrepreneurial intentions is basically still at the exploring stage, onlyt a few scholars discuss the relationship between personal characteristics and entrepreneurial intentions. Few scholars concern the Influence of Entrepreneurial Environment to Entrepreneurial Intentions of University Students. This paper aims to discuss the relationship between entrepreneurship environment and entrepreneurial intentions through empirical analysis, test effect degree of environmental factors to entrepreneurial intentions using the data results.This paper shows in detail concepts of entrepreneurship environment and entrepreneurial intentions as well as the correlated theoretical model in view of the in existing literature firstly. Based on previous studies, we select variables dimension and establish the study framework, then propose five hypotheses.This is, government policy positively correlates with entrepreneurial intentions, socioeconomic conditions positively correlates with entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial ability positively correlates with entrepreneurial intentions, financial support positively correlates with entrepreneurial intentions, non-financial support positively correlates with entrepreneurial intentions. In order to verify above hypotheses, this study takes graduate from JiLin University as an investigation object, collects 256 effective samples, and tests the reliability and validity for the entrepreneurship environment and entrepreneurial intentions scles. Test results show that the scales are higher stability and validity. On this basis, we make descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using statistical software SPSS15.0. Through the inspection and analysis results are as follows:First, government policy positively correlates with entrepreneurial intentions, namely, the better the government policy, the stronger entrepreneurial intentions. a favorable government intention can conducive to optimize the system environment, improving students'consciousness of entrepreneurship, thus effectively start business activities smoothly.Second, socioeconomic conditions positively correlates with entrepreneurial intentions, socioeconomic conditions has a decisive effect on entrepreneurial intentions, the better the socioeconomic conditions, the stronger the entrepreneurial intentions. the social factors including regional economic development speed, successful role models, the local successful entrepreneurs and the cultural atmosphere, the number of family attitude to entrepreneurship can influence entrepreneurial intentions.Third, entrepreneurial ability positively correlates with entrepreneurial intentions, the stronger the socioeconomic conditions, the stronger the entrepreneurial intentions. entrepreneurial ability has a great affect on entrepreneurial intentions.Improving entrepreneurial ability is helpful for students to build up the business confidence, stimulate entrepreneurial passion.Fourth, financial support positively correlates with entrepreneurial intentions. the stronger the financial support, the stronger the entrepreneurial intentions. Financial problems may restrain graduate entrepreneurial intentions in some extent.Finally, non-financial support positively correlates with entrepreneurial intentions. the stronger the non-financial support, the stronger the entrepreneurial intentions.Entrepreneurial networks, incubator, acilities, government support for research and development, government procurement programs for small businesses are also important to graduate entrepreneurship.In view of the above research conclusion, the paper puts forward the Suggestions and measures to optimize entrepreneurship environment of JiLin Province and increase entrepreneurial intentions of university students, mainly include:First, government should improve entrepreneurship policies and provide systemic warrant. The policy should takes into account well about the particularity of graduate entrepreneurship, reduce restrictive conditions, simplify procedures and lower threshold as much as possible. At the same time, it is important to concern the concrete implementation of related policy to put it in place in order to guide graduate entrepreneurship. In addition, the government should actively promote free entrepreneurial training consultancy services, and provide systemic warrant for university students in practice.Second, optimizing students financing entrepreneurship environment, it isnecessary to increase the investment dynamics of venture capita, establish 1 capital funds, expand the size of special funds. Meanwhile, university, should take some responsibility for solving the problem of financing by way of obtaining the school venture self-raised fund, or applying loans to students as third-party guarantor. On the banking side, we should perfect the credit guarantee system for university students, and actively explore the entrepreneurs of credit guarantee. Through the joint efforts of the government and the bank, it helps students to get rid of venture financing predicament.Third, reinforcing the educational systems of entrepreneurship, improve entrepreneurship ability of university students. Universities should construct scientific and reasonable business education curriculum system, set entrepreneurship education into the university cultivate process, make education teaching system more rich and diversified, break the traditional teaching mode, fully mobilize enthusiasm of students in the entrepreneurial study, actively explore the effective teaching methods, pay attention to the cultivation of students'independent thinking and innovative spirit. In addition, universities should make full use of social resources, strengthen cooperation with government departments and local business.It would instill entrepreneurship ideas and stimulate entrepreneurship intentions to help university students to establish business confidence by investigation and research, carrying on business plan competition, invitingf successful entrepreneurs and so on.In addition, students should also actively explore social cultural environment. Relevant departments should enhance propaganda, eliminate social stereotype, and form cultural atmosphere which encourages innovation, and respect the entrepreneurship. In a relaxed, harmonious, fair environment, it makes more and more university students choose to become Entrepreneur.
