There are two styles of human resource management of modern enterprises: strategic management and administrative management. How to combine these two styles to save operation cost and enhance efficiency and service quality? It is the key need from modern enterprises. That is the reason why Human Resources Shared Service Center (HRSSC) Model was introduced which centralizes administrative HR management from different subgroups based on locations, organizes Center of Excellence (COE) to design operation process and make realistic policies, and assigns Business Partner (BP) to cooperate with business departments to set HR strategies and help them to achieve business targets. However, when HRSSC Model has been adopted by more and more multi-national corporate, HR management of our domestic banks still remain their traditional HR management strategies. In this thesis, I introduce HRSSC Model, explain its operation model and ideas, make regression analysis with real data and study the related data, in order to give a clear picture of the strengths of HRSSC Model from the aspects of operation model, cost and efficiency. Also, I make possible proposals for application steps, methods and possible model. I sincerely hope that this thesis could offer some idea to the development of HR management in domestic banking to optimize the process and improve the efficiency which could make HR management a real business partner of corporate management team.
