Economic Analyses On The Corporate Management Ethics

In recent years, the incidents of food safety, construction safety, safety in Coal Mines.etc happened in succession were the strongest signals of corporate management's moral decline. Therefore, in order to bring through the period of moral crisis in the process of economic development, regulate corporate moral behavior, the voice that corporation should perform the management moral is growing louder and louder, and yet it will be more practical significance if we discuss the topic at the perspective of the economic theories.The research's main content includes four parts, and the whole are divided into six parts. Firstly we make a review about the relevant concepts of management ethics and the theory base of economic analysis. Next, detailed analyses of management ethics'deficiency and its influence were made; in addition, explore the internal and external incentives which lead to management ethics'deficiency at the main process of cost-and-benefit analysis from the prospective of Economics. Then from the angle of Game Theory, put the corporation as a"social man"into the life of economy, starts to analyze mainly from two levels: one is to discuss the strategy of moral behaviors'selection between corporations. And tow is to analyze the game of moral behaviors'selection between corporation and its external restraining factors, which are local government and society. The method used is firstly build a simple bigram of corporation and local government, on that basis, put the society as a third participant into the model, analyze each strategy selections. At last, bring the central government as a benefit mediator in the three parts game model; thereby generate the mixed strategy selection of corporation and local government. In the end, this research aim to bring up some suggestions which would improve the management ethics'level, at the base of the economic analyses of management ethics deficiency and the game analyses of the corporation and its external restraining factors.
