| Land-use planning is to find the best land use structure, land use overall arrangement and land use manner, to achieve optimal allocation of land resources by land use organizations and arrangements. The economic concepts and analytical methods are introduced to land-use planning, so as to develop and improve the content and methods of land-use planning system, thus, some solutions to the current land-use planning problems will be found. The major study contents and conclusions are as follows:1. A number of basic theories and methodologies of land use planning analysis in economics are mainly introduced, for instance, the theories and models of economic growth, the macro-control theories and IS-LM models, uncertainty analysis, cost-benefit analysis and game theory, etc.2. By building a production function which contains elements of the land and the economic growth models, the contribution rates of industrial output of secondary industry and tertiary-industry, which are provided by the construction site, are being calculated. Moreover, the relations between land-use planning and investment in fixed assets, as well as urbanization and industrial structure, are analyzed. In addition, the strategic relationship between land-use planning and economic development is expatiated.3. The influences on land-use planning, which are brought by the uncertainty of GDP, fixed assets investment and the development of urbanization, are discussed on one hand. On the other hand, in order to bring forward the measures to deal with uncertainty, the empirical study of the sensitivity of land-use planning is being carried out.4. The control mechanisms of land-use planning is put forward, and its control mechanism which towards macroeconomic is clarified in total, regional structure and industrial structure. Subsequently, problems existed and their solutions are analyzed. Finally, empirical research is being done in conjunction with the actual situation in Jiaojiang district. |
