Research On Load-management Benefit Of Southern Hebei Power Grid

The load management has already made enormous achievement of southern Hebei power grid. And the load management potentiality is still very great in the future. So it is very important to assess the load management benefit for better carrying out load management work. This paper based on the actual conditions of Hebei, to analyze the load management benefit roundly and synthetically. Firstly, it set up the analysis system of load-management benefit, and divided the benefit into two parts that were economic benefit and non-economic benefit. Then, it analyzed various benefits of southern Hebei power grid used this analysis system. At last, it proposed the concrete measures to optimize the strategy of southern Hebei power grid. The main purpose lies in offering reference for benefit research work of load management in Hebei, helping to choose effectual load control measures for electric enterprises and administrative department, and promoting the better implementation of load management.
