With the constantly improvement of the socialist market economy system and the increasingly fierce market competition between the enterprises,the research of the employee's performance management is attached more and more importance by the governors of the enterprises.Hunan Golden Shine Color Printing Corporation is in the period of the transform from regular customer business to market business.Under the new competitive environment, the corporation is facing to the pressing task to improve employee's performance and establish competitive edge of human resources as soon as possible.The paper first concluded the theory of foundations and frequently-used methods of performance management, then applied the fundamental point of view of system theory and survey questionnaire to analyze the actualities of performance management of Hunan Golden Shine Color Printing Corporation, and based on which pointed the deficiency and put forward the target and principle of improving employee's performance.Guided by the fundamental principle and rule of the management by objective, the new employee performance management system carried through research of examples of drawing the performance indicators and establishing the standard, and design again the employee performance evaluation by using BSC, KPI,360-degree Feedback to perfect the appliance of performance evaluation results, it designed performance management process of close-cycle control and highlights the important effect of the performance feedback and counseling and established supporting measure of carrying the proposal as well.The conclusion of the paper research possessed meaning of practical instruction for Hunan Golden Shine Color Printing Corporation to establish personnel training and innovation system and upgrade performance.Employee Performance Management is a dynamic process of development, it is need to through management practices to continuously improve and enhance.
