E is a company specializing in application software development, system integration, sales and service and have their own special brand of software products and high-tech enterprise software development platform. As an IT company, the needs of consumers or customers increasingly diversified and personalized, more and more fierce market competition. Enterprises in order to meet customer and consumer needs change, achieve competitive advantage and sustainable competitive edge, we must constantly promoting their own technological innovation ability to develop products to meet customer requirements. Technology Innovation is a knowledge acquisition, dissemination, sharing and use of the process, knowledge category in which the content of tacit knowledge is very large, its importance is greater. To understand the E has developed the status of the Department of tacit knowledge sharing, discovery of hidden problems in knowledge sharing, E has developed a survey organized by the Ministry. Survey results showed that 90% of employees think that the Department of tacit knowledge sharing is the development of one of the main problems need to be resolved.This study developed by the Department of E tacit knowledge sharing in the current situation is analyzed in the solution of Part E, developed the idea of tacit knowledge sharing. Literature review found that tacit knowledge sharing to address needs of the individual from the knowledge holders factors, organizational structure factors, performance evaluation factors and the four aspects of organizational culture research. In this study, from four aspects of the design and collection of questionnaires. On a preliminary analysis of the questionnaire also invited experts and knowledge management development department in the Ministry senior management on the development of the shortage of tacit knowledge sharing conducted in-depth discussion and analysis of the collective causal map was drawn, the Department found lead to the development of hidden the main reason for lack of knowledge sharing. In order to verify the validity of these to be a result of this study also from the organization, and process three aspects had to be a result of analysis. The analysis found that, in order to solve the E tacit knowledge sharing developed by the Department of the problem of inadequate should first address the following five questions:1) R & D Formation unreasonable; 2) the existing inefficient mode of transmission of tacit knowledge; 3) Systems Engineer and technical experts not related to tacit knowledge sharing responsibilities; 4) Development Performance Evaluation System is not conducive to tacit knowledge transmission; 5) did not pull through expert resources management. Through this study, found 13 help to address the Department of E has developed related to tacit knowledge sharing measures. Because too many measures can not be implemented simultaneously, E Company Development, convened senior managers and knowledge management experts on the 13 measures review meeting, participants from the importance of measures, level of urgency, measures of expected results and measures to implement the difficult easy to rate the level of four aspects (1 to 5 points). The experts finally identified 10 measures to be implemented as soon as possible. As tacit knowledge sharing is very common in E company, the ultimate solution has to promote and learn from practical significance. The results of this study can be widely used in E company, can be used for other domestic IT companies for reference.
