Small and medium hydropowers as the main force of China's hydropower generation play a pivotal role in the development of our national economy. With the single unit capacity of small and medium hydropower growing increasingly and the complex of unit structure, so it put forward a higher demand about unit maintenance. Currently, small and medium enterprises are introducing the 3 systems (ISO9001, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 three systems-one) to guide the company's standard management and improve enterprise's core competitiveness. As an important part of the three systems of small and medium maintenance enterprises, site management plays an important role in the normalization of overhaul task. While site management of most small and medium hydropower maintenance has made some achievements, but compared with the world advanced enterprises, site management has a big gap, the standard of site management has to be further enhanced.In the solid foundation of the latest research for the three systems and site management at home and abroad ,the paper proposes on-site management system framework and main contents of site management for our small and medium Hydropower maintenance enterprises and their on-site management research.. Moreover, it takes an insight into the maintenance crew management and maintenance environmental management about the main contents of site management.This paper studies the following:①Based on the study of the three systems and connotation of site management and the status quo at home and abroad, it introduces the elements of site management for small and medium hydropower maintenance; it also describes characteristics of the operation for small and medium hydropower maintenance enterprises, as well as sums up issues on site maintenance business for small and medium hydropower maintenance enterprises based on the characteristics.②According to the elements of site management force small and medium hydropower maintenance enterprises, it brings up site management system framework based on the three systems, as well as explains the main contents of site management.③The paper takes an in-depth analysis on the component-set problems of maintenance crew for small and medium hydropower maintenance.
