Research On The Equipment Maintenance Management Of The Medium Plate Production Line Of The HGPM Plant

It is essential for HGPM Plant to establish the modern equipment maintenance management system by researching the existing system.By systematically studing of the equipment operation index,deeply analyzing of the problems of the existing managemt,the modern equipment maintenance management system is developed,the requirement of the more stable operation of long period,higher quantity&quality,lower cost and more benefits can be realized.This paper is a research which targeting at the equipment maintenance management system of the HGPM plant using the basic principles of modern management.Based on the deep insight into the successful domestic and foreign experience and achievement and the future development trend,the comprehensive analysis of the equipment operating index of the HGPM plant for many years is conducted.The methods of literature study,data statistical analysis,experiences summary,interdisciplinary research are applied.The problems are pointed out which including the equipment maintenace strategy&system,organization&staff,sopt-inspection&periodical-maintenance,accident management and index&information.At the same time,the effective improvement and experiences have been taken are summaried and analyzed.The improved scheme of the plant equipment maintenance management is achieved and the system of modern equipment maintenance management is established,where seven aspects are considered,including the set-up of a comprehensive maintenance strategy,of a spot-inspection&periodical-maintenance system,of a accidents prevention system,of a scientific assessment system,of a professional maintenance team,of a TPM system,and of a equipment management information system.The improvement scheme of the HGPM plant equipment maintenance management listed in this paper can realize a long period stable and economic operation of the equipment,as well as can promote the whole plant production level and market competitiveness steadily,so that the sustainable development in the current grim situation of the market can be ensured.
