In the now society, science and technology develops quickly, the computer is more and more popular and has been already extensively apples in every trade. At the same time, modern enterprise's ability of loading should be much stronger. It's necessary to establish perfect warehouse management system, which is the latest technology in information management develops the forest in recent years.My firm, Tianjin Gangbin Construction Consultant Company, which engages in bids of hydraulic engineering, civil engineering, installation engineering and decoration engineering. However our work system is managed by hand today. In this way, for one thing, clerks shoulder a large amount of work and are easy to make mistakes; for another, with growing of portfolio and enlarging of project scope, the kinds and quality become more and more complex. Therefore we need to design a MIS for our work. If a variety of original data can be collected to research and save by computer, the managers will gain in-time, all-around and accurate information more conveniently.This thesis which uses the design idea of modularity divides Engineering Cost Information Management System into five categories: the Module of Price Information, the Module of Project Database, the Module of Engineering Cost Index Database, the Module of Enterprise Fixed Amount Database and the Module of On-line Inquiry. Furthermore, this text expounds the necessity and feasibility of Engineering Cost Information Management System, and discusses the process of designing and establishment of the system in detail. The system can facilitate engineering cost administrator and staff; this article mainly introduces the finished products'returning money management mold.
