Research On Transportation Economic Management Information System For A Transport Company Under A Certain Engineering Bureau

In the era of rapid development of information technology,a large number of enterprises take advantage of network technology,modern communication technology and data processing technology to complete the design and development of information management system in various fields.It realizes the information,scientific and efficient management of the company,fundamentally improves the development mode of the enterprise.A company as a transport company makes some attempts in the process of information technology,various departments has used the “China railway project cost information management system”.However,for the core business of A company: transportation business,there is not a set of relevant systems to serve it.Therefore,in order to further improve the management environment of the company’s transportation economy,strengthen the real-time control of each cost center,solving transportation economic management technical barriers and avoid the interference of human factors as much as possible,designing and developing the transportation economic management information system becomes its inevitable choice.On the basis of the research on the analysis,design and construction of management information system at home and abroad,combined with the operation characteristics of A company,the transportation economic management information system is studied.In chapter one,this thesis summarizes the research progress of enterprise cost management information,enterprise financial management information and integrated information management system at home and abroad,and determines the research contents,methods and technical routes of the thesis.In chapter two,this thesis detailed analysis of the current situation of transportation economic management in A company and find out the difficulties in the transportation economic management of A company.The third chapter starts from the target of A transportation economic management,considering the background and related factors of the system development,combining with the system business needs and non-business requirements,the goal of system development is put forward.In chapter four,focusing on the core functions of the system,this thesis set up the operation cost calculation model,the operation cost analysis model and the operation cost prediction model.In the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter,the system development is completed,which realizes user information management,basic data management,data statistics and analysis,operation cost management and risk early warning management.
