Study On Multi-project Selection In SIX SIGMA Management

Six sigma management, one of the valuable branch of traditional management, plays the important roles in promotion profits and establishment of strategies of company facing the ever-increasing competitive environment, after the success application in such brand enterprises as GE, Motorola, etc.It is known to all that the vector of Six Sigma Management lies in Six Sigma projects. Although there is methods and procedures in extant about how to implement, the failures in execution still baffle many companies. The key point of Six Sigma Management will be gradually focused on how to select the potential projects to form multi-project management that conform with enterprise strategies among all kinds of six sigma projects. It is mentioned little, not let system study, in the application of six sigma management both at home and aboard.This thesis firstly takes a whole view in the current application of multi-project management and multi-project selection in six sigma management, discussing the meaning and feasibilities of the application of multi-project selection, secondly establishing Six Sigma management selection model and indicator system based on hierarchical structure under six sigma management procedure framework in this thesis, through the analyzing and summarizing current research achievement, thirdly taking evaluation and priority on items selection by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally it illustrates the application of multi-project selection in Six Sigma management.
