Study On Land Restoration Pattern Of San Dao Landfill Site In Changchun

The San Dao landfill located in rural-urban fringe of the east of Changchun city, is the location where the land use dynamic change are more concentrated and prominent. With the development of economy and the expansion of cities, the position of the Urban-rural ecotone has gradually extended to the village, the landfill has become difficult to continue operation, thus, urban construction and management of the land must be paid great attention to the waste landfill.Based on the research of wasteland theory both home and abroad, aimed at the present situation of landfill lands, with the on-the-spot investigation and laboratory analysis method, obtained the physical and chemical properties and biological attribute index in different habitats of landfill, according to the obtained physical, chemical and biological properties data, made the single factor index analysis on the soil physical stability, chemical stability, biological safety, judged quality conditions of the habitat and the existing ecological danger, surveyed and analyzed economic input-output efficiency and people's satisfaction extent of different habitats, applied ecological succession principle of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to assess land use suitability for each of the habitat, chose the relative satisfactory way of land use based on the comprehensive consideration of the ecological benefit and economical benefit and social benefit of habitat, and put forward the corresponding mode for land governance and management and the countermeasures.No habitat is isolated, contact each other composed the spatial pattern of the landfill. Four types of landfill have both common problems and individual differences. After giving relatively satisfied plan of partial landfill pit,,putting forward comprehensive management measures to the landfill combined with characteristic of spatial pattern, which prompt the development of ecological environment to the right direction. Then, obtained the accessible land resources with the smallest input in the shortest time.
