The Research On Risk Management Of Refuse Landfill Construction Project Of DG City

Due to the construction project have characteristics such as large investment, long construction period, complex process, multiple partnerships, which result in many uncertain factors occur during the process of construction. Also, to some extent, factors that are affect the progress and development of project need to be discussed item by item, at last, to determine factors caused the risk of loss. Further, avoiding the risk and reducing the losses can be achieved by applying appropriate measures from the beginning of the project to run after the completion.Meanwhile, along with the urbanization gradually accelerate in our country, there is a growing awareness of disposing living wastes. Disposing urban garbage need to considered combine with the economic and environment status. It is easy to lead to secondary pollution, pathophoresis, stench everywhere, even hinder the urban development, if dispose measures are inappropriate or landfill prophase researches are insufficient. Thus, the construction of urban living garbage disposal site needs to combine with the vision of risk management.This essay takes the construction of refuse landfill project as an example, discuss the risk management in aspect of risk identification, coping strategies, etc.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter mainly introduces the topic background, research significance and methods. Giving the information about basic situation and domestic wastes disposed situation in DG city, expatiating the practical significance and theoretical significance, briefly introduced the research status about the construction project risk management at home and abroad, besides, the using methods and technology roadmap.The second chapter states the review of relevant theoretical basis. First, definitions mentioned in the paper such as risk management and construction projects are given, also, introduce the current relatively popular garbage disposal technology of three kinds, especially focus on the sanitary landfill technology involved in the essay. Last, by using the method of literature investigation, introduced the domestic and international research status of project risk management, risk identification, risk assessment, response measures, etc.The third chapter of this paper is to study the steps of risk identification through the example of DG waste landfill site. First, the basic situation of MSW landfill site in DG is introduced through five aspects, to illustrate, the classification of municipal solid waste, the content of construction, the construction progress, the financing and social benefits, etc. Then follow the steps of risk identification, identifying the public opinion risk, investment fund risk, technical risk, management risk, at the end, the risk factors are evaluated by comprehensive evaluation method.The fourth chapter of the paper is to study the response measures to the risk management. Firstly, explain the risk coping process. Further, using risk control, risk retention, risk transfer and other methods to identify the public opinion risk, investment fund risk, technology risk and risk management, after analyzing the above-mentioned, giving the relative counter measures.The fifth chapter is about conclusion and prospect. Summarize the research contents and conclusions of this paper.The results of this paper will provide a reference for other construction projects in the future, and help them to find, analyze and avoid the risk of the project, lastly, reduce the losses.
