So it is very necessary to build a claim management subsystem.At first, this paper points out the purpose and meaning of researching and developing management information system of construction claim, and summarizes the relevant claim management research situation at home and abroad. The paper expatiate the concept of management information system, C/S, B/S model in theory, and highlights the using of WEB technology in engineering project management. In the third part, the paper gives a brief exposition of the whole claim management system (including the concept of the claim, reasons, basis and procedures), simultaneously analyses the status quo and deficiency of China construction claim management, and points out the future of our country's claim management trends. Then the paper analyses the necessity of the establishment of claims management information system, and divides the system functional modules. Finally, through the specific analysis of project claims management system, combined with WEB technology, the paper proposes the idea of network connectivity system and establishing an internet communication platform for claims management, to achieve information exchange and transfer needs of claims management information system. The research and analysis of this subject play an important role in improving the efficiency of claims work, improving the claims management system, and promoting the development of the construction claim management.
