Dry bulk cargo terminal logistics system is the core technology of port operations. Port the design,construction, transformation, integration of resources and so on, are all around the dock logistics system. Meanwhile, the modern dry bulk cargo terminal logistics system is a complex logistics system, large scale, complex, nonlinear, uncertainty, change of state of asynchronous and concurrent nature, multiple input and multiple outputs, various constraints and man-made rules, the system performance requirements of the integrated characteristics such as increasing the level of automation, increasing throughput, load more and more weight, increasing equipment costs, especially in modern dry bulk cargo terminals logistics system is more prominent of these features. These characteristics and trends of modern dry bulk cargo terminal logistics system reliability is increasingly high demand.In this paper, system reliability theory, on the dry bulk cargo terminal logistics system from the mechanical system and control system performed a reliability analysis and research, the main ones are as follows:(1) Based on system reliability theory, the dry bulk cargo terminal mechanical systems and associated control system reliability analysis of composite model, using Markov and reliability block diagram method are combined for analysis(2) On the dry bulk cargo terminal logistics mechanical reliability of the system were studied and analyzed, presented to Repairable System Reliability validity index as its primary.
