Research Of Reliability Of Logistics Service Supply Chain

Logistics service reliability is the core of customer perception of logistics service quality and directly affects the logistics enterprise’s core interests. The reliability of logistics service supply chain is the research object in this thesis, on the basis of sorting out the relationship between logistics service quality and its reliability, the reliability of logistics service supply chain is defined and interpreted.The system of logistics service supply chain is a complicated one, and providing integrated logistics services to the customern a certain environment, its reliability is influenced by factors which come from external environment or within the system itself, so factors influencing on reliablity of logistics service supply chain from the externa environment or within the system itself are analysed, then the transmission path of unreliability are analysed with the inoperability input-output model (ⅡM) and on the basis of reliability block diagram theory.Reliability index of the logistics service supply chain will affect the logistics service cost and logistics service capacity, how to calculate the best level so as to make the reliability of the whole logistics service supply chain overall profit maximization and meet the demand of the reliability of the customers at the same time,which are concerned by the managers. On the analysis of reliability, cost, capacity, demand, profit maximization model is established based on reliability and logistics capability constraint, and customer demand is also considered, optimization results of reliability of logistics service supply chain is also obtained.Logistics service failure may appear in the process of logistics service supply chain providing logistics services, so the analysis of logistics service failure forms is needed, and then the analysis of reliability of logistics service supply chain. Service failures of logistics service supply chain are analyzed using the Fault Tree theory (FTA) in this paper, and on this basis it, the two-echelon structure of logistics service supply chain is established, analytical expression of reliability indexes of logistics service supply chain (reliability and steady state availability) are calculated using the Markov process, the study shows that the reliability of logistics service supply chain is affected by its structure, the reliability of the logistics service supply chian when there is a competitive business between the logistics service subcontractors is better than that of the reliability of the non-competitive condition.Reliability evaluation of logistics service supply chain can well characterize the discretion of the logistics service supply chain overall system reliability, and may provide useful information on reliability management of logistics service supply chain. The basic flow chart of logistics service supply chain is analyzed, using the GO method in reliability analysis, and evaluation results can provide decision support for logistics service supply chain reliability management. On this basis, measures which can promote and strengthen the logistics service supply chain reliabilit are putted forward in this thesis, which can provide a useful reference for the reliability management of logistics service supply chain.
