Creative Research On Course System Of Major Of High-level Vocational Tourism Based On Working Process

Since reform and open policy was carried out, the tourism industry has developed fast, the industry scale enlarged unceasingly, the industrial status enhanced unceasingly The industrial system consummated day by day, the demand of traveling jobholders also grew along with it. Up to present, the Chinese traveling employment population reached 76,000,000 people, among which traveling direct employment reached 11,000,000, the indirect employment reaches 65,000,000, which is equal to 9.6% of the nation total employment. The so huge traveling jobholders will have the material effect inevitably to the Chinese traveling industry's development. But improving the traveling jobholders quality, the key is to strengthen the traveling education's development, train the large quantities of high quality traveling professional personnel.According to the statistics, by the end of 2007, there are 892 high-level vocational and high-level special course colleges which set up the tourism major, and 1532 recruiting students place, tourism high-level vocational education develops fast and becomes the important part of tourism education in our country, it transports many tourism employees and solve the problem of requirement on the amount on some degree. But according to the opinion of the enterprises that employ the students, the qualified personnel training quality of high-level vocatioanal tourism major is not very good, the main showing is that the vocational qulity is not good, the service consciousness is not outstanding, the vocational hinge ability lacks, the reason is that the curriculum's setting up of major of high-level vocational tourism doesn't show high-level vocational characristic, and it still limits undergraduate course on a statue of"style of pilot biscuit"or"style of three sections", which leads to the students'enthusiasm's not very high during the course, the teaching effect's not good, the students'employment rate is low, which greatly restricts the major of high-level vocational tourism's further development, affects the society's admitting on the major of high-level vocational tourism, the emphasis of the major of high-level vocational tourism's construction changes from the mount's enlarging to the quality's improvement, reation can adapt to the requirement of the society and show that the curriculum model of the major of high-level vocational tourism becomes the stress problem of improving the qulity of the qualified personnel of high-level vocational tourism. From the end of last century, the vocational course's developing model of the western countries was brought into our country, the vocational enducational course also expienced some reforms. During the the end of the twentieth century, people gradually realize the knowledge and the skill that people need during working must connect with the total working process, So, people's recognition can only carry on by the way of the total, the course developing of working process'system becomes the important task of modern vocational educational course research and exploring. The course developing of working process'system was put forward by JiangDayuan who is the reprentative of the educational experts on the basis of researching and using for reference Germany's course of"studing field". The course developing of working process'system breaks the tie of the subject system, sets out from working assignment of the realistic woking position, selects education content by completing the knowledge that the realistic working assignment needs, rranges teaching system of process by realistic working, connects studing course,working course and the students'personal ability, which rgreatly shows high-level vocational characteristic, and gradually gains admitting of vocational education, the Education Ministry points out that specialized subject course should stress on training vocational ability, express designing course idea based on analyzing vocational position and definite working process, organize educational content making real working assignment or society product, implement in real working environment by new teaching methods and ways in"the notice on course applying working of high-level vocation and high-level special course country's quality goods course in 2007."The course designing idea explicits the developing direction of high-level vocatioanl course system construction, confirms course construction idea of working process system.The total country's hundred demonstrated vocational colleges provides modern demonstration for us, but analyzing from their construction achievement, most of them are engineering course based on course developing of working process, such as mechenic electronic, mobile repairing,etc. As for the major of high-level vocational tourism, the course model construction of working process system is on the beginning stage, in 2006, only 5 colleges among 28 colleges had emphasis construction major relevant to tourism. In 2009, within 290 country's quality goods course, only 4 courses were tourism course. As for the tourism major, course developing selects course content according toknowledge, makes the total of knowedge as logic, seperates theory and reality, which leads to the students'interest's not high, lacking of studing motive and cannot achieve studying.The tourism course developing has become emphasis task researched by educationers. Many researchers discuss from different aspect, but there is no task on course developing of the major of high-level vocational tourism based on course model of making working process as base.This task is to provide reform thinking for the major of high-level vocational tourism's constructing based on working process through the course system construction based on working process direction by research methods of research,comparation,history,case,etc and getting course model of working process system's creation and using on course developing of tourism high-level vocation colleges,and it is based on the problems existing in current course developing of high-level vocation tourism and theory of course model of working process system, makes hotel major and tour guide major of our college as example.
