Study On Corporation Counter Intelligence In Internet-based Environment

With the increasingly fierce market competition, competitive intelligence war between corporations heats up, and the network has become the main battlefield. However, most of domestic corporations don't pay much attention to competitive intelligence. To make things worse, their awareness of counter intelligence is commonly weak. Facing the serious challenge mainly led by overseas multinational corporations, domestic corporations must put much emphasis on counter intelligence in network-based environment.This paper starts up with the introduction of unit model of competitive intelligence and counter intelligence, analyses competitive intelligence vulnerabilities existing in domestic corporations and threats from competitive intelligence activity of competitors in net-based environment. Then, the author gives a macro-level elaboration of corporation counter intelligence process in net-based environment. On the basis of above analysis and elaborations, a counter intelligence working system comes into being, providing a layering protection of competitive intelligence existing in Intranet, Extranet and Internet of corporation, thus holding a game balance between information disclosure and intelligence protection in internet-based environment.
