Study On Risk Assessment And Risk Control Of R&D Project Management

Innovation, especially independent innovation is very important in stimulating economic growth and upgrading the industrial revolution. As a main innovative approach in modern enterprises , R&D's importance has been generally recognized by governments of all countries and enterprises in the world. However, R&D projects has high technology and risk, its process is long and the investment is enormous, once failing, the loss is generally very significant .Therefore, Estimating and controlling the risk in R&D management have become more and more necessary. The research of R & D project management in our country starts relatively late ,though in theory and practice have developed rapidly, compared with developed countries is still in its infancy. Therefore, strengthen the systematic study in risk estimate and explore the pattern of risk estimate and risk control is very significant in R&D project management and Improving the level of risk control and optimizing resources .On the basis of statistics, economics, Management science and other related theories, this article applies the methods of theoretical study and empirical analysis to explore and build the system of risk estimate and the risk control model. First, the basic theory about R&D project and relevant research at home and abroad are elaborated in the study, meanwhile, the performance standards and risk factors of R & D projects are carried out comprehensively;Secondly, theoretical assumptions and models are proposed, and then the questionnaire and statistical analysis are used to analyze the above assumptions. Finally, based on the results of the analysis, a risk-control model of R & D projects is built in this study which can provides practical ideas for operating R&D practices.
