Reseach On The Financial Risk Assessment And Control Of Vatti Corporation Limited

After 30 years rapid development,China household appliance enterprises enter low growth integrating and upgrading stage which main characteristic is upgrade consumption.Kitchen electricity enterprise which is a pillar industry as well as refrigerator washer and air-condition enterprise faces opportunities as well as fierce competition and risk.The financial risk is an important for kitchen electricity enterprise.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the Vatti's financial risk assessment and control.Firstly,on the basis of PEST analysis on the market environment ofVatti's,identify the Vatti's financial risk through five dimensions of financing,investing,operating,income distribution and growth identify the potential financial risk by financial statement analysis.Then establish the indicator system of financial risk evaluation by literature-summarizing method and factor analysis method,build the model of financial risk evaluation by choosing 6 listed companies'217 groups quarterly data from 2007-2016,evaluate the Vatti's financial risk.Finally,put forward the thoughts for controlling the Vatti's financial risk.The financial strategy should be steady ones.Meanwhile,optimize debt structure,extend financial channels,strengthen the management of investment decision,speed up the efficiency of product development.The main conclusions of this paper:Firstly,financial statement analysis can identify the kitchen electricity enterprises' financial risk effectively via the study on the financial risk assessment and control of Vatti's,.Secondly,the literature-summarizing method can establish the indicator system,the factor analysis method can build the model of financial risk assessment effectively.Thirdly,We can control the kitchen electricity enterprises' financial risk effectively by financial strategy and risk control strategy via qualitative and quantitative evaluation of financial risk of Vatti's.
