Human resource management of enterprise is that the enterprises operation and management importance is composed of content. It is playing a more and more important role in the modern enterprises. The performance evaluation is concrete one project of human resource management. Currently, more and more enterprises know the important of the performance evaluation and start to put it into practice. But due to the performance evaluation have many peculiarities, such as:many-cause, many dimensions, trends and appraisal man's sensibility and hobby factor, and so on. The appraisal is difficult to acquire satisfaction effect.The object of this text mainly focuses on the sales performance evaluation system of XL real estate agent. Concerning the deficiencies of XL company present performance evaluation system, such as irregular system, single appraisal method, and the consciousness deviation of staff and person in charge, and so on, the thesis puts forward to establish a new performance evaluation system. According to the different administrative functions various appraisal objects, appraisal purpose and appraisal method, the thesis design an appropriate performance evaluation system. The thesis takes performance feedback as the important component of the performance evaluation in order to improve the satisfaction of the employees during the procedure and ensure the good implement of performance evaluation system. It would also help to realize"low cost, easy operation, easily accepting and high efficiency"of the performance evaluation, and avoid the deficiencies of present performance evaluation as far as possible, arouse the employees enthusiasm, activity and creativity, realize the organization's objectives. The performance evaluation system can avoid the employees' turnover to some extent help the company to attract and train talent employees.
