The Empirical Research On Human Resource Management Audit In Road And Bridge Corporation

Human resource management audit (HRMA) is the most frontier in auditing theory and audit practice, and also an integral part of management audit. With the development of modern society and the reinforcement of management audit, HRMA has gradually become a relatively independent area, and has attracted more and more attention from both scholars and practitioners. However, due to various constraints, HRMA is not mature enough in China. Human resource is the first factor of productivity, and human resource management is playing an increasingly important role in enterprise operation and management. In order to overcome current problems in human resource management and to improve efficiency in human resource utilization, research and implementation of HRMA is of great significance.This paper takes a road and bridge corporation in China as the object of study and implements HRMA, which mainly includes human resource situation audit, human resource management conformity audit, human resource management system audit, and human resource performance audit. Through the above audits, improper operation and non-standard places are found in the corporation, and suggestions are made for improvement.In addition, this paper carries out a questionnaire survey on human resource management practice and its possible influence, which shows that employees get the lowest satisfaction with compensation. The survey also shows that employee relationship is most affected by participation management, turnover intention is most affected by training management, retention intention is most affected by career development, and job satisfaction is most affected by compensation management.
