In the modern enterprise,human resource has become the most valuable resource,is the core competitiveness of enterprises,therefore,to the enterprise human resources management audit will become an important part of enterprise management in the audit.Through the audit,we can find out the outstanding problems existing in the human resource management,analyze the reasons,put forward the countermeasures,and can avoid the management risk in advance,and get the benefit from the management.The research of this paper aims at combining with China's actual situation,found some common problems of enterprise human resource management audit,put forward some suggestions and countermeasures,so as to promote the application and development of human resource management in the audit practice,to further enhance the enterprise human resources management level.In this paper,domestic and foreign experts on the theory of human resource management and audit of general summary,summarizes the basic theory based on the current situation of the audit for China's human resources management are analyzed,and the problems and causes analysis of existing.And puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.After that,this paper takes a domestic iron and steel enterprise as 'the research object,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the enterprise development and human resource management.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development process and the motivation of human resource audit.It is also the premise and foundation of human resource management audit.Finally,through the research and implementation of content of human resources.management audit of the enterprise,found the specific problems in the audit process and design of human resource management in the enterprise,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the enterprise human resources management audit.Human resources management integrated human resources management,auditing and other knowledge of many subjects,in the implementation process will be designed into the organization management activities in all aspects,to study the human resource management audit is only an exploratory study on the content structure of rough comparison,try to deeply study the use of audit professional skills lack,the author hopes that this thesis can improve the research object in this field,at the same time for the development of human resources management of enterprises in our country play a role in promoting.
