Rural public goods problem is that the process of building China's rural economy faced major problems. Rural public goods theory of public goods to the extension of the rural area, which not only has the non-competitive and non-exclusive public goods such as shared common characteristics, but also because of the special nature of rural problems also make it different from the general public good.According to current theories circles from different angles to ordinary sense of the issue of public goods conducted in-depth study, however, the context for the binary system, the problem of rural public goods research also very rare. The current study of public goods in rural areas are also mostly from the supply point of view, while the angle of demand studies are few and far between. This is the complexity of rural public goods and demand for individual differences in sex-related.This paper attempts to supply and demand from the perspective of two of China's rural areas described the issue of public goods, thereby exposing the existence of China's rural public goods supply and demand, and on this basis put forward policy recommendations.This total is divided into six parts:The first part is introductory. Topics of this article describe the background, the topics of significance. The article summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars of public goods and public goods in rural areas of supply and demand situation of the study. The article also outlined the ideas and structure of the writing of this article. In this paper, the difficulties presented and possible innovation points.The second part describes the general characteristics of public goods for rural public goods are described. From different angles in rural public goods are classified, and described the rural public goods in rural economic development role.The third part is the supply of rural public goods perspective of research. This section describes the supply of public goods in rural areas of China in the history of changes and present. Study the urban-rural dual system of rural public goods effects.From social security, welfare system, public utilities construction and management of urban and rural areas described the different systems of public goods supply.
