Along with the economical development, knowledge workers as a carrier of intellectual capital, become indispensable key people for enterprises to build and maintain a competitive advantage. However, looked from management practices, the knowledge enterprise universally exist deficient means of incentive, overemphasize the money to drive, the staff lack enthusiasm, change jobs frequently and so on the questions. Therefore, understanding the needs of a knowledge-based staff, analysis of existing incentive and its actual effect, then give out the effective ways to encourage, detains and stimulates the core knowledge staff to display their biggest potential, to create the greatest value, becomes the core question in enterprise human resources management.Because material life is richer, the pursuit of knowledge workers are increasingly diversified, purely pecuniary motivation cannot meet their needs. Increasing sense of accomplishment and honor, helping staff to learn and grow, and creating a good working environment and other non-monetary ways to motivate employees become very important. The non-monetary rewards motivation is the staff's earning comes from the enterprise or works itself, not money, individual thinks they are valuable, can give the employee certain compensation or motivate them more actively involved in the work of the harvest. The display of the non-monetary rewards is various, can meet staff's multi-level needs, have lower restraint on financial resources, can fully embody the diversity. It is in attracting the human to organize, to join in the work and to do in this goal all play diligently role.This study to investigate the most typical of technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive enterprises-IT in China, selected several company in six different developed cities, choose different gender, age, marital status, educational background, work area, different revenue situation of knowledge workers as research objects, using interviews and survey methods, on non-monetary rewards attractive, non-monetary incentives and motivation to research and analysis. According to the findings of the study, IT Enterprise Knowledge employees on non-monetary compensation demand more, and there is a difference between different employee; all businesses have different degrees using a variety of non-monetary incentives in the form and receive the results, but in improving quality of life and give the worksheet the sense of lack of motivation, and on the specificity of different staff motivation is insufficient; in addition, all non-monetary incentive compensation factors present in the attraction, motivating and inspiring performance difference and mismatch. During the investigation on the basis of the analysis, this article proposes a better promotion of non-monetary incentive effect of the proposal.
