In nowadays knowledge economy times, the competitiveness of enterprises has quietly evolved into a talent competition, employe's quality has directly impacted the competitive strength of enterprises, It will effect the enterprise's future survival as well. As one of the most direct means in raising the new salesman's quality is the training,which play a more and more important role in enterprises. In our country, especially in some sales private enterprise, as the core competitiveness of enterprises is the sale, so the new clerk training is regarded as one of the most important training in these enterprises.However, though the enterprises put a lot of sources on the training, but there are not rewarding equally in return,come to the bottom,the main problem is that the new salesman training has come into a mistake:curriculum unreasonable, training organizations are unmatched, the training instructor management system is not soundable,and some other series of questions have limited the the training performance. So we can see that the key problem is to solve the training management issues,which will raise the level of the new salesman's training management.Based on this sort of training management issues,This papers is try to investigate the H company's new salesman's training management problems by interview,questionnaire,field observation, performance inspection method, and from which to find out the main issues affecting the training management, then combine the quantitative and the qualitative analysis methods to find out the cause of these problems, then unite the performance management, compensation management, SMART,5W2H and other management methods and management tools to bring out the specific solutions to solve these problems.with this papers, I will try to help H company to raise the level of the new salesman's training management, and I will hope to provide some references and experience for the new salesman training management in such H company's private enterprises.
