The Evaluation Of Recycling Economy Development Of Gansu Province Base On Entropy Method

Since the reform and opening up, especially of carrying out the strategy of west development, the economy of the Gansu Province achieved development in an all-around way and the comprehensive strength was improved remarkably. But this economic performance was at the cost of declining in natural environment. Gansu Province was faced with the challenges from the aspects of resources, environment and so on, so it hindered further economic development. Under this background, the recycle economic development mode has been widely applied in Gansu province which is with efficient and recycling use of resources as the core; "decrement, recycling and resource recovery" as the principle and to regard low consumption, low emission, high efficiency of low input as the essential feature, and accords with the economic growth mode of the sustainable idea of development. And recycle economic achieved restructuring, and changed of economic growth mode in Gansu province.In recent years the implementations of recycling economy in have made some achievements, but there are also many problems. This thesis finds the problems and the make out the recommendations and solutions for the development of recycling economy in Gansu province by evaluating the current development of recycling economy and comparing other areas in China.This thesis is based on the basic theory and the analytical method of recycling economy and establishes sustainability evaluation index system about the current development of recycling economy in Gansu province. This evaluation index system includes three aspects:resource, environment, and economy and society subsystem. By application evaluation index system and theorem of information entropy method, this thesis provides a comprehensive evaluation to the development level of recycling economy from three aspects of resources, environment, and economy, get the recycling economy development index in Gansu province and compare with other areas in China. In conclusion, the recycling economy development in the Gansu province is at a low level, but has gone up year on year and ecological benefit is improving steadily.
