Employment separation of core employee is not only a problem that human resource research concerns but also an important issue that the enterprise concerns. Employment separation of core employee will bring a number of adverse effects on business. This study aims at exploring the main factors of employment separation in Beijing private enterprise. I hope we can know the general evaluation of the factors of employment separation in private enterprise through the questionnaire and analysis of the core staff in Beijing private enterprise and find that the main factors affecting employment separation. On this basis, I discuss the social, organizational and personal factors on employment separation and which factors come to play a major role in employment separation. Finally, I hope I can provide valuable references to the enterprise through the analysis of this study in order to better develop talent retention plan, keep talent which companies need and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. |
