Research On Effectiveness & Efficiency Of Small And Medium Shipyards Production System In Taizhou

80s of last century, advanced shipbuilding countries have established and integrated the modern shipbuilding mode with the predominance of group technology. Orginizing shipbuilding production with the guide of intermediate production improved the flexibility of shipbuilding production line and greatly increased the construction efficiency. Since the 21st century, with the vigorous development of China's shipbuilding industry, small and medium shipbuilding industry has also become vital forces in shipbuilding team, and even many medium and small shipyards have established their own brand in the world shipbuilding market. However, since the financial crisis erupted in 2008, it is evident that the world shipbuilding market is facing overcapacity situation. Our country's small and medium shipbuilding enterprises are still far behind the large ship enterprises and small and medium foreign shipbuilding enterprises in the production process. The small and medium shipbuilding enterprises must continue to learn experience in shipbuilding process in future from the advanced shipyards both at home and abroad, and continuously improve and optimize the production management process to occupy a certain market share in domestic and international markets.Firstly, based on the small and medium shipyards shipbuilding production processes,using group technology and lean production principles summarized the experience of the production process activities, and refined the existing shipbuilding production process system. Then use the theory of comprehensive benefits evaluation and production efficiency analysis, establish benefits evaluation system for small shipbuilding enterprise as well as efficiency evaluation system for small and medium shipbuilding enterprises during the production process optimization activities. On this basis, integrate with the survey data of small and medium shipbuilding enterprises in Taizhou area, give the evaluation and result analysis on the productivity and production processes optimization efficiency of small and medium sized shipbuilding enterprises with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) method respectively. Finally, combine with the evaluation result,give some suggestions to promote modern shipbuilding mode for small and medium sized shipbuilding enterprises.
