Study On The Mode Of Domestic Enterprise Crisis Management

Now the world, the environment changes more complex, the competition is more intense. Facing the environment which changes unceasingly, the modern enterprise have to change the original management strategy and the idea, build appropriate enterprise mode of the crisis management, to guarantee enterprise's survival and the development. In this paper, basing on the characteristics of domestic enterprises, we make correlation analysis on the theory and practice of the crisis management, and discuss how to build the crisis management mode, propose that manage crisis in the whole process, put a comprehensive and full participation in crisis management, and pay attention to crisis culture, systems, emergency, and summary, use prevention system, manage system, recovering system, hoping the domestic enterprises to achieve "effective crisis prevention and control to bring about sustained and healthy development, increasing competitiveness" helpful.
