The Research Of Enterprise Crisis Theory And Domestic Enterprise Crisis Management Mechanism

From the 1980's, by the uncertainty's adding of enterprise competitive environment, many researchers begin to attention the enterprise crisis (EC) research in western country. And at the 1990's, as a symbol of setting up the enterprise crisis management (ECM) system, the research of EC has been applied in the management practice. At the same time, some civil researchers begin the investigation on the base of western research. But in the recent years, the frequent appearance of the EC in domestic enterprise has shows: the investigation of EC theory in our country can't satisfy the need in ECM practice. On the other hand, there is still been some misunderstanding to the EC and ECM by the Domestic enterprise, and the Domestic enterprise don't pay enough attention on it, all about that make the ECM level is still be very low. As a result it is necessary to settle the known investigation of EC theory and to expatiate the basal EC theory for improve the domestic enterprise's understanding of EC theory. On the other hand we should analyze the status of the domestic enterprise's frequent EC appearance, and deploy the research and management practice of Domestic enterprise's ECM mechanism. So according the idea, this paper tries to explore a way to construct and implement the domestic enterprise's long effect ECM mechanism on the basement of expatiating the EC theory, for promoting the healthy and durative development.
