The Staff Performance Management System Of Suizhong Power Plant Phase Ⅱ Project

This paper mainly studies the staff performance management of the Suizhong power plant phaseⅠ(hereinafter referred to the power plant phaseⅠ), and explores the effective staff performance management system of the domestic power plants. This paper mainly used literature, integration in theory and practice, empirical analysis, and so on. With the analysis of the staff performance management for Phase i project, it has summarized the main problems in a performance culture, performance management, orientation of performance management systems, performance results in the application, and explored the reasons for the problems in the implementation process. On the basis of the above, the paper designs an effective staff performance management system for Phase ii project, and looks forward to the prospect of the system in guiding the company the right direction, strengthening the company's basic management, enhancing management accountability, changing the company's working environment, etc. Finally, the paper sums up trends and directions in the development of staff performance management system of the modern enterprise.
