Study And Anlysis On Hebei Steel Industry Innovation And Patent Status

The research defines the related concepts firstly, and then does a detailed data analysis and analysis in-depth on the development status of Hebei steel industry of the enterprise technological innovation and intellectual property following the principle of system theory.First , this paper discusse some basic concepts, including the definition of technological innovation, intellectual property, etc.Then it puts forward a new theory of competitive analysis called cross analysis theory for enterprise technical competence evaluation,and states the detail steps of this method.Hebei steel industry of technological innovation status analysis uses the statistical data to make a transverse comparison and evaluation about the economic strength and innovative activities of steel-related industries in Hebei Province and covers more comprehensive indices. Through the analysis we find that there is strong economic strength and weak status of innovation activities in the steel-related industries of Hebei Province. At the same time, we point out that the steel-related industries of Hebei Province probably exists certain problems in product value, cost control, etc. Moreover, the lack of corollary and innovation has some influence on these issues.This paper gives an analysis for Hebei steel industry and main enterprises intelligence property status by making data analysis on steel patent status throughout the Hebei province and the patent status of various enterprises from the two views of microcosmic and the middle. We find that the patent status of Hebei steel industry in the country's steel industry does not match its status of steel province and the development gap between it and developed areas is gradually increasing. Afterwards, we pick out national steel industry company patent top 20 through filtering and checking patent databases carefully. And we set a competing business related to Hebei steel industry as the object of the latter entrepreneurial studies from the three aspects of total economic output, the patent number and the development trend.
