Research On Intelligence Accouting Sales In The Accounting Information System

During the 21st century,producing and sale of the company become more and more global with the Globalization of the market and the economic. In order to reform the layout of the recourse and improve the economic effort together with the integrative ability of the company, the management of the account by information is highly needed. As a component of the company management information system, accounting information system integrates the produce, sale, purchase, storing and the cost accounting into the information system.Dealing with the economical affairs is the core of the account and turning the economical affairs to the accounting document is the key step of the account. All these things are associated with the following effort of the accounting affairs. It has been 30 years since the development of the account reformation. The current account system can record the data and fabricate the account report. But the fabricating of the account bookkeeping document is still not intelligent which leads to the bottleneck of the account information and the company information. This is highly needed to research and solve.In this paper,we research in the current sale process and circumstances of the company. We propose the theory which is about how to implement the intelligent sale and business accounting in the company with artificial intelligence,database and so on. We divide the theory into five sections: system setting, client management, sale, sale accounting and intelligent voucher. The sale system includes order form management, dispatch management, fund management and integrated sale require. The sale system refers to sale, repertory and accounting which meet the need of the company for producing and sale.It is the core to implement the intelligent sale and accounting system that conclude the key factors according to the regulation of the sale affairs. The theory we propose escape from the traditional thought of account. It starts from the actual economical circumstance, find the character of the economical affairs and create a new thought of account. With the realization of the Intelligent Accounting Sales, we break through the bottleneck of the company information and connect the account information system and the sale information system.
