Entered the era of knowledge economy, the inportant role of the Core Employees in enterprise development gradually revealed.how to make full use of the advantage of the core employees to make the most value is very important for the enterprises development . OCB is a organizational members voluntary shown, which have the positive effect for the social or organization. Organizational citizenship behavior can improve task performance, which is essential for normal operation of business behavior.so,how to motivate core employees's organizational citizenship behavior, is always the study hotspot in organizational behavior field. This study according to the psychological characteristics of core employees,discuss the difference impact of organizational identification based on the different personal factors and firm factors and the relationship between organizational identification and organization citizenship,which also analyse the influence process and characteristics of organizational identification on OCB.Basis on the review of previous studies, this study use the related knowledge of human resources and organizational behavior, make relevant assumptions, take the suzhou core employees as samples utility the empirical research methods to analysis the effects of organizational identificaiton on organizational citizenship behavior.Draw some valuable conclusions for the management of core staff employees to provide a theoretical basis.The conclusions show that, The core employees's organizational identification in age, work experience, job type, position , educational background, on those five demographic variables have shown varying degrees of difference. Gender difference on the organizational identification have no significant effect, Personal importance have positive relevance with organizational identification. There are no significant difference between those core employees who work in different nature of enterprise, Organizational identification can lead to organizational citizenship behavior directly. affective organizational identification and evaluative organizational identification are easier to form organization citizenship behavior .
