Since the1990s, as the global economic development, the survival environment of enterprises become increasingly complex and more competitive. Companies come to realize that profit maximization criterion which was originally regarded as "Bible" has been unprecedented challenges. Pursuit of profit maximization has no benefit from the enduring survival and development of enterprises, they should tuned for more "healthy" factor actively and passively. Therefore,"to promote the healthy development organization," become one of the most important rattle cry slogans or missions of many enterprises. Meanwhile, the management theorists and practitioners also recognized the unfavorable factors for enterprises’survival and development, such as physical and mental health of employees, customer satisfaction assessment, ecological environment and sustainable development, etc., which have an important impact of survival and development of enterprises. These elements, gradually classified as "organizational health",were expect to help enterprises become a "healthy organization" Therefore, the "organizational health" has gradually become the focus of attention of academia and the business community. In order to obtain long-term business profitability and sustainable development, how to achieve organizational health, and how to build a healthy organization, become issues of common concern of business and academic. So the purpose of this study lies in the depth organizational health theory so we can find healthy organizational factors that affect the organization and to establish the relational model. Organizational Health is a state as well as a process that a company can product and operate effectively, and have the capability of continued growth and development. In this process, organizations can both focus on building internal development capacity, and adapt to changes in the external environment effectively, which consequently contributing to sustainable organization development, employee subjective satisfaction and objective health, and good social benefits. Based on this definition,"organizational health" concept has been operated by the article. And we argue that it conclude three theoretical dimensions:employees health, organizational performance, and social benefits. After reviewing the organizational health relevant literature, we found that, some organizational variables including organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant impact on organizational health. Organizational identification can effectively promote the health of employees, the organization’s performance and social benefits through organizational citizenship behavior, and on the basis of this theory empirical study is conducted.Firstly, on the basis of literature review of the research about the relationship among organizational health, organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior at home and abroad, this study presents a conceptual model by theoretical deduction, and then proposed research hypothesis and relationship model of the latent variables through the constructs of operational definition.Secondly, methods such as literature review, theoretical deduction, questionnaire design are uses to measure the variables by this study and a large collection of valid data is attained. With conducting empirical research, the study uses analysis tools such as spssl9.0and AMOS17.0to so some statistical analysis of the data, including the small sample’s reliability and exploratory factor analysis, scale’s reliability analysis of a large sample, and the higher-order factor analysis of organizational health in order to explore and confirm that it’s three dimensional theory of rationality. Finally, the study test the model’s hypothesis through structural equation model. The result shows that organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior have significant positive impact on organizational health and its three theoretical dimensions. Moreover, organizational citizenship behavior has a partial intermediary effect in the process. Subsequently, the empirical conclusions were fully discussed in the article. At the end of the article, the results of this study were discussed and summarized, and we also point out the value of research and its insufficient to predict future directions of the research.
