Coal mine security production is an important part of national security production and the important guarantee of ralizing the coal industry continually, stably, healthy development. Coal mine accident is the highest death toll accident of our country industrial and coal mine enterprises, which has enormous destructive power for the country and society. Shanxi is the mainly coal mine province of our country, large number of coal mine enterprises, large distribution, the higher frequency of security accidents. Recently, through constantly introduce advanced equipment, improve production technology, using advanced science and technology, coal mine enterprises improve coal mine security situation in a certain extent, but it still can not completely prevent coal mine accidents. There are many reasons, the lack of a comprehensive analysis system for coal mine security various factors and relationshipthe of each other is an important reason. So, it is necessary for coal mine security production to seek a scientific and comprehensive coal mine security evaluation method.From analysis of Shanxi coal mine industry development present and coal mine security production problems, though scene investigation and widespread acquisition information, the thesis comprehensive analysed all possible factors which affect coal mine security using system engineering theory and method, summarized the coal mine four influence factors, such as personnel, machine, environment and management, using coal mine security evaluation principles, including systems theory, analogy principle and quality change theory ect. It estadlished coal mine security quality comprehensive evaluation indicator system, the first-level target is coal mine security evaluation indicator, the second-level target include four indicators, such as human factors, equipment factors, environmental factors and management factors. Because different mine has different impact factors on coal mine security, the influence is also different. If using all indicators analyse everycoal mine, it will form the system complex and the huge work, and even lead to an invalid computation workload. Therefore, it is a scientific ideas and method that reaearching the main factor of coal mine security, determining coal mine security management focus and direction. From concentration data messages view and contrast of security evaluation method, it proposed a idea that using factor analysis evaluation principle in coal mine security comprehensive evaluation, and established factor analysis pattern of coal mine security comprehensive evaluation. Based on this, validated the coal mine security factor analysis evaluation pattern. In the process of applying the model, field research gained the required data of five coal mines in Shanxi Qinshui, guilding by fuzzy mathematics theory thought and using collection value statistics method, reduced the subjective influent factor of each coal mine security influent target. Dealing whit the research datas, using SPSS to gradually extracted factor and calculated factor value, then received human and management as the mainly fators. So, it pointed out the respective question and reorganizes direction, according departure method to divided level standard, carried on classification and comprehensive evaluation for coal mine security leve, at the same time, it provided a basis for security construction. At last, it propoed a passport for human, management and so on, it also propoed a suggestion which are improving coal industry, perfect security management system, strengthen security education and expand security investment for improving Shanxi coal mine production security level.The innovation of the thesis is established coal mine security comprehensive evaluation indicator system in system, and proposed coal mine security comprehensive evaluation modle which based on factor analysis theory. Using the fuzzy set-valued statistical thinking in indicator security evaluation, and using principal component analysis discriminated the main factor and relationship of coal mine security. Using the software SPSS calculated all factors'total scores, and its conduct the One-Sample KS test. Used the standard of deviation method division level to analysed cozl mine security level, comprehensive analysed and evaluated the cozl mine security. At last, it proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the main issues and present of coal mine security.
