Research On Refine Management System Of Coal Mine Security In Huamei Group

Security Coal,as the main energy resource in China,plays an irreplaceable role in economic development.As a pillar industry of our country,how to develop coal industry in safely,healthily,sustainably and steadily always has been a topic of continuous exploration.China’s coal production accounts for about thirty percent of the world’s total output,but four out of five casualties caused by coal accidents around the world are Chinese man.This situation is not only related to the loss of economic property and the security of miners life,but has an important influence on the development of whole economic and social and the stability and harmony of society.All in all,security problem which cannot be ignored has become a restricting factor of China’s coal industry development.If the coal industry wants to put the management and responsibility system of safe production in place at all levels,it must achieve the further implementation of fine management so as to constantly promote the improvement of the level of safety management and the situation of production safety.On the basis of the current research status at home and abroad and the related theory of fine management of coal mine safety,the paper establishes clear research ideas and research methods.And it points out the necessity of the implementation of the cottage coal mine safety fine management in the condition that the present situation,the existing problems of the cottage coal mine safety management and the internal and external environment are discussed.Besides,it also puts forward the solution design of fine management system of the cottage coal mine safety,from the view of division of the organizational hierarchy and safety responsibility and the assessment of the safety performance.This design builds the system of fine management of cottage coal mine safety,and proposes the supporting measures of its application.And this system can effectively solve the existing security problems in the implementation of fine management of cottage coal mine,to improve the extensive management mode of cottage coal mine and enhance the safety management level of cottage coal mine.Finally,researcher hopes that this study can play an important role in promotingestablishment and improvement of safety fine management of the entire coal industry.
